Remove the descriptions.
Remove the comparisons.
Remove the conditions.
I am enough.
Just as I am.
With my imperfections.
Despite my failures.
Regardless of what I do or leave undone.
I am enough.
And so are you.
Beautiful!

Oh yes, I love this! π
Just getting to this today amongst the digital deluge. Not to be a downer but how to you get to actually feel and believe this about yourself? Never ending struggle for me.

I am curious to hear also! π
Looks like the digital deluge got me as well! There is no easy answer to this question, but might I propose one small step at a time. I have been reading about self-compassion lately and it is changing the way I think and feel about myself, especially whenever I fall short. I think of the ones that I love the most and I consider that they will always be enough, just as they are, regardless of what they do or accomplish. Their worth is innate, and so ours must be as well. Thank you for walking alongside me as we explore these truths together.
